dearest friends and family,
He's here! Elliot James Blake was born on Thursday, May 29th at 11:23am. He weighed in at 7lbs, 6oz and is 19 1/4 in long. We are absolutely delighted that he is here and totally in love with this little person! Our days have been filled with lots of support from friends and family including visits from great grandma, cousins kieran, tillie and ailsa, and various tias and tios!
He is a good little nurser and loves to poop...yesterdays record was 3 times in 10 minutes! Jason is becoming quite proficient at diaper changes on a wiggle worm!
We feel truly blessed to have him here, healthy, safe and happy! We are especially proud that we were able to deliver him at home, all natural, with the loving help of our midwives, jason, jenny and my mom!
Thank you for all of your encouragement and love from all over the globe...we look forward to speaking with all of you and sharing stories about our amazing little Elliot!

Congratulations!!! He is gorgeous! I'm so happy your labor and delivery was spent at home with love and family around. Can't wait to see the new sweet family in action. Looking forward to meeting sweet little Elliot!
